Loved my stay here. You have your own cozy home just off the street with easy parking in one of the best neighborhoods in Atlanta named Kirkwood! This place had everything we needed, a full kitchen, washing machine, clean sheets and towels, and the fireplace in the bedroom was incredible. Would definitely recommend.

Neighborhood wasn’t the best eye candy but the property was suitable for my stay. Lauren has all the amenities you need in the property. Bathrooms were great, spacious, clean kitchen. I wish the rooms all had TVs inside of them though. Only one tv in the living room but that’s not the worst thing in the world. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at her property. Neighborhood wasn’t loud at all and parking availability was great too. First when I pulled up I was looking around trying to make sure I was in the right area but once I got upstairs into the property my mind was at ease. Lauren very helpful too. She’s on whatever you need so you can message her and she will respond fast, great host!

It was awesome place to stay at Lauren home, peaceful, calm. Her home was on point. We didn't had no trouble getting in and everything was good. I definitely will be back soon....

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and comfortable, and everything was exactly as described. The home was well organized and had everything we needed for a smooth stay. The location was also very convenient and quiet, which made it even more relaxing. Also, the host was very kind and responsive throughout the whole process. Def recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. We’d happily stay here again!

Cute place in a quiet neighborhood. Beds were super comfy. If you’re traveling with pets the back yard is huge! I’ll bring my fur baby next time for sure.

I stayed for a couple weeks to prepare for my PhD defense at Tech and Lauren's place was perfect. I was close enough to walk to work, or use the green line bus to get to campus. I didn't use many dishes or cook much due to lack of time, but there were plenty of supplies available. I missed the lack of washer/dryer/oven when I booked but that was completely my fault. Everything was comfortable, clean and necessary for my successful defense and the last bit of writing I needed to do for my thesis. I can't say enough good things.

Lauren was very attentive and helped us with whatever our needs were. The location was perfect for the activities we were attending and we were able to walk to the venue. The house was clean and we had plenty of room. I would highly recommend this house for a retreat in the city. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping close in walking distance. We would go again in the future.

Lauren was truly a great host- she was proactive in letting us know there was a landscaper coming during our stay and even reminded us to leave the faucets dripping with the freezing weather. This home is beautiful and I really appreciate how clear and upfront the listing was in letting us know that this is a duplex. We had a very smooth, painless stay and would recommend this property to anyone coming to ATL!

This place was great. It was clean and seemed to be in a safe location! We did not have any issues. The fenced in backyard was a plus for our dogs. Lauren was very kind and flexible, as we booked the home last minute due to having to cancel our other one. She was very responsive!
