Since we do live in the South, and no matter how many times we treat, it's impossible to keep every single bug out. Bugs come out to die when they are killed…as such, the presence of a dead bug will not be considered valid grounds for a refund.

Long-Term Stays: For stays of 30 nights or more, guests are required to sign a standard lease agreement in accordance with local regulations.
