Please note that parking anywhere outside of those that are mentioned will be considered as a house-rule violation. ➤There is a unit being rented out separately, please be mindful of the guests downstairs and keep the noise level low. ➤Any additional guests past the number you booked for will need to be cleared with us before their arrival. We do allow visitors with permission, but if they’re unauthorized we charge $100 per visitor. This is just to protect ourselves from events getting out of control without our knowledge. ➤Packages or mail deliveries are only allowed for long-term stays (15 nights or more). However, in case of a lost item, we wouldn't be responsible or liable for any damages. ➤We thoroughly clean every listing but cannot always control if smoke or other odors get into the unit from outside. As such, unwanted smells are not grounds for a refund under any circumstance. We will provide an ozone machine upon request within 24 hours for odor removal. ➤This listing is sprayed regularly for pests…if you see a dead bug, that means pest control is working! Since we do live in the South, and no matter how many times we treat, it's impossible to keep every single bug out. Bugs come out to die when they are killed…as such, the presence of a dead bug will not be considered valid grounds for a refund.

➤This is the upstairs of a single home that has been converted into 2 living spaces. The unit downstairs is also being rented. There are NO connecting doors. However the laundry area in the garage is shared with the other unit, and you might hear people moving around below or see them in the driveway. ➤Events are subject for approval, so you need to inform us in advance about your plans. For approved regular events, we charge $400 and those with large productions start at 1000. ➤Disclaimer: Please note that this is a duplex property. There is a $100 pet fee per pet weighing up to 25 lbs., with additional charges applicable for pets exceeding this weight limit. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ➤ LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS Bookings made within 48–72 hours have a standard check-in time of 7 PM. If you need earlier check-in (like 4 PM), let us know ASAP and we’ll try to accommodate. ➤ STARTER SUPPLIES We provide basic starter supplies (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.) to get you through the first day or two.
