If you need a later checkout, make sure you ask the night before you leave. We won't be able to accommodate any late checkout requests the morning of your departure. ➤ Any additional guests past the number you booked for will need to be cleared with us before their arrival. We do allow visitors with permission, but if they’re unauthorized we charge $100 per visitor. This is just to protect ourselves from events getting out of control without our knowledge. ➤ Packages or mail deliveries are only allowed for long-term stays (15 nights or more). However, in case of a lost item, we wouldn't be responsible or liable for any damages. ➤ Security features: This property includes security features, such as smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind. We will provide an ozone machine upon request within 24 hours for odor removal.
