- Early check ins are allowed on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability on your arrival day - please contact me the day of your arrival to inquire about availability. - Bookings made on the same day as check-in will have a guaranteed check-in of 7:00 pm. Earlier check-ins may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis. - Bookings made with a check-in date less than 24 hours in advance must pay a $300 security deposit in advance before being allowed to check in. - No food in the bedrooms - Unauthorized late checkouts will be fined $100 for every hour or partial hour that guests remain at the property past the agreed upon checkout time - Registered guests only (this means you may not have daytime visitors unless you added them to your guest count or tell us about them in advance). Unauthorized guests will be subject to a fee of $100 per guest, per night. - If you need to leave your stay early for ANY reason, please note that you will not receive ANY additional refund past the standard cancellation policy unless you actually cancel your reservation to free up the calendar for other people to book. - No Smoking or vaping. Smoking of any kind will be fined $200. - All guests must be at least 25 years of age OR pre-approved with us before booking.

If you are sensitive to sounds, particularly road or train noise, we recommend considering this aspect before making a reservation. ➤ For stays of 30 nights or more, guests are required to sign a standard lease agreement in accordance with local regulations. This will be sent after booking and must be completed before check-in ➤ Outdoor setting: Please be aware that this property is located in a natural outdoor setting where mosquitoes may be present, especially during warmer months. We provide citronella candles and quarterly pest control to help deter these insects, but please take note that this is literally beyond hosts' control. ➤ Security features: This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind. ➤ Pet fee: There's $100 pet fee per pet up to 25 lbs., additional charges will apply if more than 25 lbs. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. ➤ LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS Bookings made within 48–72 hours have a standard check-in time of 7 PM. If you need earlier check-in (like 4 PM), let us know ASAP and we’ll try to accommodate. ➤ STARTER SUPPLIES We provide basic starter supplies (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc.) to get you through the first day or two. Please plan for anything else you might need.
