We will provide an ozone machine upon request within 24 hours for odor removal. ➤ This listing is sprayed regularly for pests…if you see a dead bug, that means pest control is working! Since we do live in the South, and no matter how many times we treat, it's impossible to keep every single bug out. Bugs come out to die when they are killed…as such, the presence of a dead bug will not be considered valid grounds for a refund.

➤ Duplex Living: This home is one side of a duplex. While you have a completely private space, please expect the normal sounds of multi-family living. ➤ Long-Term Stays: For stays of 30 nights or more, guests are required to sign a standard lease agreement. This will be sent after booking and must be completed before check-in. ➤ Security: For your safety and peace of mind, the property is equipped with Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras on the exterior. ➤ Last-Minute Bookings: Bookings made within 48–72 hours of arrival have a standard check-in time of 7:00 PM. If you require an earlier check-in, please let us know, and we will do our best to accommodate. ➤ Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials like soap, shampoo, and toilet paper to get you settled in.
