➤ This is the upstairs unit of a duplex. Expect the normal noise you'd expect from multi-family buildings. ➤ Events are subject to approval, so you need to inform us in advance about your plans. For approved regular events, we charge $300 and those with large productions start at $750. ➤ This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind. ➤ There's $100 pet fee per pet up to 25 lbs., additional charges will apply if more than 25 lbs. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. ➤ Please be guided that for security reasons, the balcony doors should not be unlocked as it is not accessible to the guests. ➤ LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS Bookings made within 48–72 hours have a standard check-in time of 7 PM. ➤ NO WASHER AND DRYER! Please make sure to read and acknowledge before booking. ➤ This is one part of a duplex (UPSTAIRS SO THERE WILL BE STAIRS). There are separate entrances and no shared spaces but they are within the same physical structure. Expect the normal noise of multi-family living. ➤ We want to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone in our shared space. Kindly be mindful of noise levels, especially during late hours, as there are other tenants in the building. ➤ Parking: Please park on the street in front of the house. The building has a driveway but it is for the downstairs guest only.

Convenient location, enough space for our guests & great communication. The showers or at least the master shower could be bigger and having ice on site would be great but in general you have what you need. It’s evident the owners have invested in making updates to the property. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
