BEDROOMS & BATH: ➤ Master Bedroom: One queen-sized bed. ➤ Second Bedroom: Two double-sized beds. ➤ All beds feature hotel-quality sheets and duvets for a restful night's sleep. ➤ One full bathroom with a bathtub for a relaxing soak. ➤Pack and play available upon request WORKSPACE & LAUNDRY: ➤ A dedicated desk provides a quiet space for remote work or study. ➤ A private, coin-operated washer and dryer are located inside your apartment for your convenience.

➤ Pet fee: There's $100 pet fee per pet up to 25 lbs., additional charges will apply if more than 25 lbs. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed. ➤ Please check out on time! Per Airbnb's terms of service, we can and will charge double the nightly rate for unauthorized late checkouts. If you need a later checkout, make sure you ask the night before you leave. We won't be able to accommodate any late checkout requests the morning of your departure. ➤ SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND IS NOT ALLOWED in the home. You may smoke on the landing, but if we find any evidence of smoking inside we will have to charge you the $200 smoking fee. ➤ Any additional guests past the number you booked for will need to be cleared with us before their arrival. We do allow visitors with permission, but if they’re unauthorized we charge $100 per visitor. This is just to protect ourselves from events getting out of control without our knowledge. ➤ We thoroughly clean every listing but cannot always control if smoke or other odors get into the unit from outside. As such, unwanted smells are not grounds for a refund under any circumstance. We will provide an ozone machine upon request within 24 hours for odor removal.

➤ For stays of 30 nights or more, guests are required to sign a standard lease agreement before check-in, in accordance with local regulations. ➤ Pet fee: There's $100 pet fee per pet up to 25 lbs. Please be advised that, as part of our house rules, any dogs left unattended in the unit/house must be securely caged or crated. ➤ For your safety and security, there is one external doorbell camera at the front of the house that is activated by motion. ➤ Shared Spaces: Upon arrival, use the door on the rear patio up the stairs, your unit # will be displayed, and use the code provided. You will have access to the hallway and front door. Please be mindful of other guests staying as well. ➤LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS For reservations made within 48-72 hours of arrival, check-in time is 7 PM. We may be able to accommodate an earlier 4 PM check-in; please let us know your needs, and we will do our best to arrange it. ➤STARTER SUPPLIES We provide a complimentary starter kit of essentials like shampoo, soap, and toilet paper to get you settled in. For longer stays, you will need to purchase additional supplies.
