Long-Term Stays: For stays of 30 nights or more, guests are required to sign a standard lease agreement per local regulations. This will be sent after booking and must be completed before check-in. Last-Minute Bookings: For bookings made within 48–72 hours of arrival, our standard check-in time is 7:00 PM.
