Pets are not allowed. This is one half of a side-by-side duplex. SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND IS NOT ALLOWED in the home. You may smoke outside, but if we find any evidence of smoking inside we will have to charge you the $200 smoking fee. Any additional guests past the number you booked for will need to be cleared with us before their arrival. We do allow visitors with permission, but if they’re unauthorized we charge $100 per visitor. This is just to protect ourselves from events getting out of control without our knowledge.

There is a $100 pet fee per pet weighing up to 25 lbs., with additional charges applicable for pets exceeding this weight limit. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted. ➤LAST-MINUTE BOOKINGS Last-minute bookings are reservations that was made within 48-72 hours before the checkin date.Please be aware that for last-minute bookings, our standard check-in time is adjusted to 7 PM. However, in some cases, we may be able to accommodate a 4 PM check-in so please let us know asap if you need an earlier check-in, and we'll make every effort to accommodate your request. ➤STARTER SUPPLIES In order to set realistic expectations, we offer essential starter supplies to make your stay more comfortable. These complimentary supplies comprise shampoo, soap, toilet paper, and a few other basic items.
