- Please check out on time! Per Airbnb's terms of service, we can and will charge double the nightly rate for unauthorized late checkouts. If you need a later checkout, make sure you ask the night before you leave. We won't be able to accommodate any late checkout requests the morning of your departure. - SMOKING OR VAPING OF ANY KIND IS NOT ALLOWED in the home. You may smoke on the landing, but if we find any evidence of smoking inside, we will have to charge you the $200 smoking fee. - Any additional guests past the number you booked for will need to be cleared with us before their arrival. We do allow visitors with permission, but if they’re unauthorized, we charge $100 per visitor. This is just to protect ourselves from events getting out of control without our knowledge. - Packages or mail deliveries are only allowed for long-term stays (15 nights or more). However, in case of a lost item, we wouldn't be responsible or liable for any damages. - We thoroughly clean every listing, but cannot always control if smoke or other odors get into the unit from outside. As such, unwanted smells are not grounds for a refund under any circumstances. We will provide an ozone machine upon request within 24 hours for odor removal. - This listing is sprayed regularly for pests… if you see a dead bug, that means pest control is working! Since we do live in the South, and no matter how many times we treat, it's impossible to keep every single bug out. Bugs come out to die when they are killed… as such, the presence of a dead bug will not be considered valid grounds for a refund.
