- Please check out on time! Per Airbnb's terms of service, we can and will charge double the nightly rate for unauthorized late checkouts. If you need a later checkout, make sure you ask the night before you leave. You may smoke on the landing, but if we find any evidence of smoking inside we will have to charge you the $200 smoking fee. - Any additional guests past the number you booked for will need to be cleared with us before their arrival. We do allow visitors with permission, but if they’re unauthorized we charge $100 per visitor. This is just to protect ourselves from events getting out of control without our knowledge. - Packages or mail deliveries are only allowed for long-term stays (15 nights or more). However, in case of a lost item, we wouldn't be responsible or liable for any damages.
