Cancellation and Refund Policy


To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

Cancellations received between 7 and 30 days before check-in will be paid 50% for all nights. Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in will not be refunded in any amount.

Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.

Any additional refunds beyond the stated cancellation policy will be issued only at the discretion of the host.



If you are eligible for a refund, you will be notified by email in response to your request. 

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, as soon as possible. Please keep in mind that we need to work with your bank and cannot override their refund processing policies.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received you refund after 5 business days, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
